14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right, under EU consumer law, to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods. Let us know that you wish to withdraw by emailing info@gaamnutrition.com with your order number, and you will receive instructions for the return.
Food and supplements
Supplements and food products are sealed for health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to products where the seal has been broken. Unopened packages in unchanged condition can be returned.
How the return works
Pack the item well, preferably in the original packaging, and send it according to the instructions you received from us. Once we have received and checked the return, we refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods.
Complaints
If you have received a faulty or damaged item you have the right to make a complaint. Contact us as soon as you discover the fault, describe what is wrong and attach a photo if possible, and we will get back to you with how we will resolve it.
